Timed appointments - when an appointment time has been given and I must try and get a hold of a client, and they are not available at the time stated, then I reserve the right to hold the monies to pay for the time I have lost.
My slots are put with just enough time between clients.
However, should I be given notice in advance that the client can no longer make that time due to life and emergencies, then it is not a problem to re-arrange, and I can use that time to inform another client of a cancellation.
You pay for my time not my abilities and that is how my pricing works.
On most occasions there will be no need to enforce payment for time, should there be sufficient communication between myself and client.
*** It is important that you understand that trying to change a timed appointment less than 24 hours before the reading may not be possible, as there will be other clients with slots that this would affect. I must consider ALL of my clients. ***
When you have a reading here, please note that I endeavour to give you the best service possible, however I can never take away your own free will.
If you have a reading here, this is for guidance and to explore options and at the end of the day you are in control of your own life.
I cannot read for you unless you are 18, I cannot discuss health or legal matters or death even if I do see it.
I cannot read for a third party.
By law I am now unable to predict the sex of an unborn child even if I see it and I cannot discuss pregnancy or fertility matters.
Under no circumstances can I be a substitute for a DNA test. I will not go against the ethics I work by to do so. Please contact a medical professional to help you in this area.
Although it is possible that spirit will come through with messages, I cannot guarantee it will be who you want it to be, so therefore an open mind is necessary, so you do not feel disappointed.

Email Readings: - due to a higher demand for email readings, please note these will be sent within three working days.
Normal working days are Monday to Friday. If an email reading is purchased at a weekend, then the working days will count from the following Monday.
All Readings: - all of my readings are done in good faith and in honesty and under no circumstances are they for anyone making money from them commercially.
On any occasion where this may a possibility then you would need written consent from myself. If there is no written consent, then you do not have permission to use my name or my work in anything commercial that you are making money from. This includes free readings on facebook live.
Although a good standard of service is provided here, please note that I also must state all readings are for entertainment purposes only by UK law.
Please note I am not always available at weekends.
If on any occasion I feel I cannot connect or read for an individual all monies will be refunded immediately.
*Privacy Policy – Love & Light*
Any mention of “WE” or “US” in the Privacy Policy is relating to Love & Light for readings and treatments and the information we hold about you and how we use it.
Any information that we hold will have solely been given by you the customer. We do not work with much information on readings, just names, email addresses and photos provided by the client.
Information is usually deleted within a fortnight to give time for us to do the deleting of email readings.
Photos are not kept at all.
For treatments, important information will be stored for up to 2 years with regards anything medical that is relevant to your treatment.
We do not sell, share, or use any information for any other purpose, and we will not contact you for marketing purposes.
When completing reviews on the website or on social media, we consider that you have given your consent for this to be publicly available.
With the website we tend to stick to first names only, but social media will show full profile name.
Although we do not store much data, we must be in line with the new regulations to make sure that you understand the safety of your personal information is important.
